Have you ever seen something and knew that in a year or so, it was probably going to be nationally famous, but you knew about it before everyone else. I had that feeling about this production of The Invisible Man. The play clarified so many events in the book. The stage production so effectively brought the parts of the novel to life that wasn’t dialogue or narration. Even though many aspects of the play are dated, one of my favorite timeless elements was the failure of education to help guide the protagonist about the unspoken political rules of society. Three hours pass incredibly rapidly. There are two intermissions.”
