The Philadelphia Experiment is a failed experiment with poor acting, a script that uses sci-fi conventions as an afterthought, a dash of action & government intrigue, which provides the movie’s only forward momentum and ends up having a scenario where randomly a person decides to drop everything & help the hero out regardless of how much that help disrupts life. I’m beginning to think that films about time travel created in 70s & 80s are a big snooze. Stick to the urban legend.
