This movie is crap–don’t see it! I hated Horsemen-predictable plot, torture porn & stupid use of religious imagery. Just a pretentious way of covering an insipid story that I’ve seen one too many times. Reminds me of my problem with Inception-Ariadne! What pissed me off about it was that the Other (Chinese adopted child, gay teenager, etc.) was demonized thus enforcing stereotype though the intention may have been to use the Other as “Treat them well, or they may torture you with their deviant ways.” Not all teens are murderous a**holes with a penchant for pretentious imagery. The Cell meets Seven meets Michael Bay as producer on downers. The sound you hear is me flushing 90 minutes of my life down the toilet!
