If you liked A Haunted House, then do not watch A Haunted House 2. A Haunted House 2 took everything that you thought was funny in A Haunted House, did it a little bit differently and somehow made it not funny, boring and offensive. A Haunted House 2 is unfocused because it decides to spoof several horror movies: the Saw franchise, Paranormal Activity, The Conjuring and Annabelle. A Haunted House 2 relies mainly on Marlon Wayans humor unlike A Haunted House that has Wayans playing off of Essense Atkins, who was solidly funny. A Haunted House 2 abandons any pretense that it is committed to the found footage genre. A Haunted House 2 stands solidly on juvenile humor and not in an excellent Wayne’s World way. Do not go into A Haunted House 2! It is like an awful guitar solo that lasts for 1 hour 26 minutes.
