Project: S.E.R.A. does not have many distinctions between this YouTube series and the average action film with respect to production and special effects. It really says something that small scale productions can afford stop action shots as pioneered by the Wachowski siblings, f/k/a brothers. The story is a solid government conspiracy zombie thriller, but if you’re looking for deeper themes, go to Romero or The Walking Dead.
