First two seasons of Survivors are brutal, unrelenting & promising. Whereas the remake has more clear cut ideas of right & wrong, many of the featured players are as dislikable as the villains, which is realistic. Production values are inferior-dissonance between shooting in & outside. Third season lacks focus as few of the original players remain & the characters are easily distracted from their main mission: survival. A bit classist! 2nd to last episode was so wildly unrealistic that the characters should have turned to the cameras & yelled, “Jump the shark.”
