Return to Lonesome Dove is not as good because a lot of the original actors have been replaced with fine actors, but seeing it so soon after the 1st one makes the adjustment harder. Still engrossing & fine acting, but while watching Return to Lonesome Dove, I thought, “This is a soap opera for men with cliffhangers at the end of each episode.”
