If you are well versed in old Bond movies & enjoy French comedies, OSS 117: Cairo, Nest of Spies is perfect. Some of the humor was lost in translation for me, but as the movie progressed, I chuckled. I enjoyed the clever use of old spy movie devices to reveal postmodern French government incompetence in its relationships with its Arab French citizens & immigrant community & how that incompetence creates problems that may not have existed if those citizens were treated with respect.
