Where to Watch

Disclaimer: I didn’t like the movie Kids. If you show me kids who are basically pint sized wannabe hoodlums with little to no redeeming factors, I won’t be invested in the story line. L.I.E. is an independent movie with great actors and a convincing perspective on how a pedophile, played by the always terrific Brian Cox, could flourish in a community and find his victims, but I couldn’t stand any of the characters. The father’s story was distracting & trite. All the kids in the movie were annoying. If the movie had just focused on Billy or the pedophile, I think that the focus could have helped, but I was given too many people to follow & I didn’t want to. Skip it!
