Juwanna Mann is an ultimately forgettable, but entertaining film about a character who learns a very valuable lesson about how to be a better, more selfless person through cross-dressing hijinks and shenanigans. I spent an inordinate amount of time thinking that Miguel A. Núñez Jr. was a fairly pretty woman. I did appreciate that the film took the women as athletes seriously. A few plot points seem to forget what happened before, but hey, plot continuity errors don’t matter in films like this. Keep it moving-don’t look too closely. Feel good. Heartwarming lesson.
