If you can get into the rhythm of The Cruise, which may be difficult because of the Levitch’s voice and delivery, it is like opening a time capsule to 90s NYC, a time when the WTC existed, before computers became sleek, before it became utterly unaffordable to such an odd denizen. Levitch is a tour guide who sees his job as a struggle for the soul of every human being that he encounters. He wants people to cruise: appreciate every moment, view things as if they were new born children and relate to every aspect of their environment in a multidimensional way. I’m not saying that I am a fan of his orgastic expressions at the sight of the curve of a certain building, but I do appreciate how he appreciates & feels everything keenly.
