What a disappointment! Chelsea on the Rocks seemed promising & thought that I was going to get a broader perspective on this historical landmark’s notorious history, but the video & audio quality varies tremendously, there are ridiculous reenactments of famous moments that are awful and the problem with having a bunch of artists is a portion of them are going to abuse drugs & alcohol and you won’t have any idea what they are saying. I mean literally: what did they say? I tried rewatching portions but halfway, I gave up. Instead of the reenactments, watch Sid & Nancy and Who Killed Nancy? Bah!
