Unlike her other self-help books, you get fewer asides about her life experience. It is a purely layman’s guide on plastic surgery although as far as laymen go, Rivers was probably closer to being an expert based on her time under the knife, which makes her constant reminder that death is a possible negative side effect more depressing considering what may have finally killed off the illustrious comedienne. Not a must read even for Rivers’ fans.
