Patrik, Age 1.5 is not really a comedy. Patrik, Age 1.5 is a movie about people learning to trust each other & dull their sharp edges so they can be together as a family. Very sweet & if the main characters weren’t gay, may not have had as much attention from critics, but it is also essential element to the story: the daily social slights & exiles suffered by a decent doctor both in & outside his home, even from his husband. Enjoyed it thoroughly.
